Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for store credit.
Jewelry must be unworn and show no signs of damage. Each item must be returned with its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit once the return is verified.
Please allow us 3-5 days to verify the refund request, and up to 7-10 days for you to receive the store credit.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer returns on items that are custom ordered, engraved, monogrammed, or any of our initial letter pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale items are final sale.
How to Perform a Return:
1. Request a return by filling out the Contact Us form or emailing us at info@goldbymanna.com with your order number.
2. Expect an email from our team with a return label and further instructions on packaging and shipping.
3. Once we receive the return, we will assess the item(s) and issue your store credit.
