Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders shipped within the US.

When will I receive my order?

With the exception of custom and pre-order items which may take longer, please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Some shipments may take longer than others depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

All shipping updates are sent from info@goldbymanna.com and will include any tracking information.

How long will it take for custom orders to ship?

All custom orders including initial necklaces, engravings, etc, are unique, and addressed on a per order basis. Each custom product has its own estimated shipping time specified on its product page.
